A lead source report for clients, as a link or an email under your name

Give each client a read-only report of their sessions and leads by channel, source and campaign, as a link they can open any time or an email every week or month, under your organisation's name and logo.

No card needed. No lead caps on any plan.

Agency client reporting: leads by channel, without the lead list

A client wants to know which channels brought enquiries. Sending them an analytics login shows sessions but not leads; sending the CRM export shows every person who enquired.

A TraceLead report sits between the two: lead and session counts per channel, campaign and landing page, from visitors who accepted cookies, with nothing that identifies anyone.

  • Sessions, leads, conversion rate and top channel, each against the period before.
  • A daily chart of sessions and leads.
  • Breakdowns by channel, source / medium, campaign, landing page and referrer.
  • No lead log rows, settings, install details, contact details or visitor ids.

How to set up a lead source report for a client

All from the site's Reports & data tab and the organisation page. Owners and admins can create links and schedules; each change is in the audit log.

The full client reports guide
  1. Put your name and logo on reports

On the organisation page under Client reports, set the Name on reports and upload a logo: a PNG, or an SVG without scripts, links or embedded content, up to 200 KB.

  2. Create a client report link

Under Client report links, name the link, pick when it expires and choose Create link. Copy it straight away: it is shown once, and only a hash is kept. A site can have up to 20 active links.

      ?from=2026-09-01&to=2026-09-30 (up to 366 days)
  3. Schedule the email

Under Scheduled report email, choose Every Monday (last week) or On the 1st (last month), tick the members who should get it and add up to 5 client addresses. Each address gets a confirmation email and receives nothing until it confirms.

  4. Revoke when the work ends

Revoke a link from the same list and it answers "not found" from then on. Set the schedule to Never to stop the emails.

White label lead reports: what your client sees

Your organisation's name and logo head every report page and email. The email holds the period's sessions, leads and conversion rate, the top five channels, campaigns and source / medium pairs, and a button to the full report.

Report pages are served on TraceLead's own domain; custom report domains are not available.

Prefer a login to a link? Invite the client as a member limited to their own sites: they see only those sites in the dashboard, lead log and CSV export, and cannot change anything.

Attribution without personal data. No names, emails, form values, IP addresses or user agents. Ever.

No privacy workarounds. Nothing before consent, no fingerprinting, no ad-blocker bypass, no cross-site identity.

How do I send a client a lead source report?

On the site's page in TraceLead, open Reports & data, name a client report link and choose when it expires. Send the client the link: it opens a read-only page of sessions and leads by channel, source, campaign, landing page and referrer, for the range they pick. Or schedule a weekly or monthly email to them.

Can clients see individual leads or contact details?

No. Reports show counts only: no lead log rows, no form answers, no contact details and no visitor or session ids. If a client needs more than counts, invite them as a member limited to their own sites.

Can I white label the lead report?

Partly. Reports show your organisation's name and logo first. The "Reporting by TraceLead" line can be hidden on Agency, Agency 25 and Agency 50. Reports are served on TraceLead's domain; custom report domains are not available.

How do scheduled report emails work?

Choose Every Monday (last week) or On the 1st (last month). Reports go out at 07:00 UTC to the members you pick and up to 5 external addresses, each of which confirms once before receiving anything and can unsubscribe from any email without logging in.

Can I stop a client seeing the report?

Yes. Revoke the link on the site page and it stops working at once; a link can also expire after 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. The list shows how often each link has been opened.

Will report pages show up in Google?

No. Report pages are marked noindex, nofollow, are not cached, send no referrer and load no tracking.

Send your client the leads by channel, not a screenshot.

Install the tag on the client's site, then create a report link or a schedule from its Reports & data tab.

No card needed. Cancel any time.
